The process of folding these thin-crust pies with homemade spicy pepperoni immediately invokes memories of post-sports match celebrations with our youth soccer team. Though drawing people from far and wide, the white pie with its complementary topping of spinach, ricotta, garlic, mozzarella, Calabrian chili, and creamy white sauce is undoubtedly the standout dish. Alongside pizza, Little Coyote offers subs filled with soppressata and provolone as well as pastas prepared under the banner of Jr.’s Pasta.
